The Secretary, The Colonial Office, Dowing Street,

sir,

I should be most grateful if you could advise me whether you have any information as to whether the venereal disease clinic for the free treatment of members of the Mercantile Marine has been opened at Hong Kong yet?

If it is not troubling you unduly, could a telephone message be sent to us tomorrow morning as we are publishing a list of the available clinics preparing a return as to the Far Eastern Ports

Particulars for all and have not yet particulars for Hong Kong. the others are available.

I am, Sir,

Your obedient Servan

Flwille. Mother

General Secretary.
